One Pro, the 3D belt printer from iFactory3D, produces printed objects in small batches and in continuous operation, with the conveyor belt serving as the print bed.
The integrated conveyor belt enables both practical serial production on site and the implementation of oversized 3D printed objects on the smallest desktop format. With the unlimited Z-axis, almost endless objects can be realized. For these purposes, our iFactory3D One Pro Extension is suitable as a print bed extension for consistent quality over the entire print length.
Our printhead innovation in combination with the conveyor belt as one of the print axes opens new ways in 3D printing. The One Pro brings the new generation of professional 3D printers to your company, ready for automated additive manufacturing. It convinces as a reliable, low-maintenance production machine with maximum flexibility and independence.
The angled print head of our new 3D printer, set at a 45° angle, finally makes it possible to print cavities or overhangs without a support structure. This actively saves material – a benefit for your company and the environment.
