Shipping and payment

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and worldwide.
Excluded from this are the following countries: Switzerland, and Russia.

Please note: Deliveries to UK are possible from a value of goods of 135 pounds.

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs will be shown on the quote/invoice.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs will be shown on the offer/invoice. If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing the order.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer/invoice, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) will take place within 5-7 days, for deliveries abroad within 7-14 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
